We sell Land Rover Defender Snorkel Kits (also known as a Raised Air Intake). Snorkels protect engines from the damaging effects of water, dust and sand encountered in touring and off-roading.

Snorkel kit versions for Land Rover Defender 200TDI (left hand fitting kit) and 300TDI, TD5 and TDCI Puma (right hand fitting kit). Snorkel Kits are original Land Rover part number STC50265. For the 300TDI, TD5 and Puma we supply a right-hand bracket.

Roll-cage Snorkel – We also make a Defender Snorkel Kit version for Defenders with roll cages – the lower fitting is different to standard as it protrudes slightly more to accommodate for the position of the roll-cage tubing. The Masai Land Rover Defender Roll Cage Snorkel Kit is available for left hand side 200TDI and right hand 300TDI, TD5 and TDCI Puma.

Headlining / Roof Llining Kit for Land Rover Defender 90/110 Single Truck Cab (6pc Kit)

The Roof Lining Kit includes:

  • Front Piece
  • Seatbelt B-Posts (2x)
  • Quarter Light Trims (2x)
  • Other Rear Window Trims (1x)
  • Fir Tree Clips - to be fitted into the predrilled holes on the headlining for Defender PUMAs, if your Defender is pre 2007, then you will need to make new holes to match the ones in your roof.
  • Fir Tree Clip Adhesive Coverings - We supply a sheet of adhesive fabric with cutouts, that allow you to stick onto the fir trees to match the colour to the headlining. (See photo in the thumbnails above) - These come supplied for ALL 10 different colours!
  • (Optional Extra) - Pair of Sun Visors - Complete new sunvisors covered to match your headlining colour choice.
  • (Optional Extra) - Pair of Windscreen Finishers/ A-Post Trim Covers to match your headlining colour choice.

Our Defender 90/110 Single Truck Cab roof linings / headlinings are manufactured by Masai craftsmen; highly experienced in the automotive trimming business. All our NEW roof lining shells are produced exactly to the Land Rover roof lining shape. Made from special GRP, which gives a much better rigidity than the Land Rover thermoplastic biscuit material. This will also provide a much longer lasting roof lining, and will no longer absorb any roof condensation that causes the common problem of sagging over time. Our lining has a plush suede-like finish for that extra touch of style and is hand glued to each individual roof section.

If your existing holes don’t match up with our head lining, then you will need to drill additional holes (I’d suggest you drill the holes in the headlining to match your Defender, instead of drilling in the Defender roof to match our headlining). We purposefully covered all the pre-drilled holes with material for this reason.

Defenders have changed a lot over the years and Land Rovers kept messing with the holes locations!

Fitting Instructions for Windscreen Finisher/ A-Post Trim Cover

Simply unscrew your existing trim cover and replace with your new trim cover. When screwing your new trims in place be careful to ensure the wiring and rear windscreen washer pipe that run under the trim are safely in place and not impinged. It is recommended to use a hand screw driver for securing in place. DO NOT USE AN IMPACT DRIVER as this may damage the trim cover.
