Select the correct gasket grade based on your measured piston protrusion:
- 1-Hole: Thinnest grade, used for minimal piston protrusion or light block surfacing.
- 2-Hole: Standard mid-range factory replacement grade.
- 3-Hole: Thickest standard grade, used when pistons protrude further or after extensive block/head machining.

Important Workshop Tip: Always measure your piston protrusion accurately using a dial gauge across all cylinders before selecting your thickness grade. Additionally, Td5 cylinder head bolts are torque-to-yield (stretch) fasteners and must always be replaced with new bolts whenever the cylinder head is removed.
