We sell Land Rover Defender Snorkel Kits (also known as a Raised Air Intake). Snorkels protect engines from the damaging effects of water, dust and sand encountered in touring and off-roading.

Snorkel kit versions for Land Rover Defender 200TDI (left hand fitting kit) and 300TDI, TD5 and TDCI Puma (right hand fitting kit). Snorkel Kits are original Land Rover part number STC50265. For the 300TDI, TD5 and Puma we supply a right-hand bracket.

Roll-cage Snorkel – We also make a Defender Snorkel Kit version for Defenders with roll cages – the lower fitting is different to standard as it protrudes slightly more to accommodate for the position of the roll-cage tubing. The Masai Land Rover Defender Roll Cage Snorkel Kit is available for left hand side 200TDI and right hand 300TDI, TD5 and TDCI Puma.

Here is the simple solution. Not only does it protect your trousers, in many cases it makes the door close more reliably and helps (though it does not entirely stop) the seat belt getting caught in the latch. If the seat belt does become caught as you close the door, it suffers less damage due to the smooth profile of the X-Trouser.

The X-Trouser has a smooth profile, if your belt loop or pocket runs over it, it will slide off freely. Made from high quality 304 grade stainless steel. The X-Trouser catch is reversible so it will fit both the driver and passenger doors, left & right hand drive. It will also fit the rear side doors of 110 Station Wagons.
