We have both genuine OEM Land Rover Puma Bonnets made of aluminium (part number BKA710140), and cheaper aftermarket versions – both standard and reinforced.
The aftermarket version Land Rover Defender Puma Bonnet is made of GRP – Glass Reinforced Plastic with steel fixtures for original fasteners; it is durable and flexible for heavy use. It is light-weight compared to original aluminium Defender bonnets – the net weight is 10KG. Noise transmission is much less than the OEM aluminium version. It will reduce the engine noise.
NOTE : Both types are unfinished – meaning they require some filling, primer and top coats of paint.

Steering and Sump Guard for Land Rover Defender (6mm thick Steel, Zinc Plated)
A Steering and Sump Guard protects from rock, tree root and stump damage, etc.
Fits all standard Land Rover Defenders, 90, 110 and 130. LR part number STC50437
Heavy duty 6mm thick mild steel with zinc plating.
Side brackets are also 6 mm thick with 10 mm thick towing eyelets welded onto the brackets to provide extra strength.
Very easy to fit, it bolts onto the chassis.
The kit includes nuts, bolts and washers fitting kit (stainless steel), BUT NOT Shackles.
Standard finish is zinc plating. NOTE: If purchasing just zinc, we recommend you do get this painted yourself as the finish was never intended to be left as is.
